Players move around the board using the dice, picking up cards when they land on a square, and following the card’s directions. Depending on the square they land on, they may ask someone a question about themselves (or answer one), move extra squares, or work as a team to answer questions. The first player to go around the board and land back on his or her home square is the winner.

“Widen Out In Your Love” also provides a unique game play feature not found in other Christian games. Each player is a part of two different teams (called Color Teams and Animal Teams), with different members on each.

In this way, players mix with many more players than in a regular game, and competitiveness is kept to a minimum (after all, so many of the players are on one or the other of your teams!) It also makes it fun for all ages, as there’s usually someone on your team to help with an answer!

From four to sixteen can play at a time, with game play about 1-2 hours long, depending on the number of players.
